UWM Mailing Label Order Form

Mailing labels are available in two sizes and may be printed in 1 color (black) or 2 colors (black and signal yellow). In order to adhere to the University's Graphic Standards and brand identity program, NO VARIATIONS OF THE STANDARD LAYOUT WILL BE ALLOWED. All mailing labels should include the school/college/division name, office/department name, P.O Box or street address, city, state, and zip code.

When placing exact repeat orders, include the old job number.

* NOTE: Only standard logo items may be ordered online. Special graphics or customizations cannot be ordered here.
