UWM Memo Pad Order Form

Memo pads are available in two standard sizes, in pads of 50 sheets. The layout is the same for both sizes. All memo pads will be printed in black and signal yellow ink utilizing the standard layout and must be ordered in multiples of 10 pads.

When placing exact repeat orders, include the previous job number.

ORDERING TIP:

Although not required, it is most cost-effective to order memo pads for several people at one time, in multiples of 2. For example, if you order ten 1/4 memo pads for one person, the cost is $138. However, if you order ten memo pads each for two people (20 total pads), the cost is $142 total, or if you order ten memo pads for four people (40 total pads), the cost is $149 total. If you order for several people, make sure you still order a minimum of 10 pads per person, and the number of people should be divisible by 2.
