- College of Nursing staff is in the process of migrating their files off of the Alphas and on to their PantherFile group share.
- Looked at remaining shares on batch3 and started identifying retirement plan for those shares.
- Still working on migrating /Dept, /Org and /Course web pages off of the Alphas.
- Contacted identified individuals regarding the retirement of the Personal File Storage services on the Alphas.
- Met with identified individuals to discuss the logistics of the Personal File Storage services on the Alphas.
- Held both Personal Page Migration Information Sessions on August 25, 2009 and August 27, 2009.
- Migration process of the Personal Pages began on August 28, 2009.
- Worked on overall work breakdown structure for the Alpha Retirement.

- Finished sorting out all UITS users who have been identified as running commands on the Alphas over the last four months.
- Scheduled the Open Lab sessions for the Personal Web Page migration. They are scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2009 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm in Bolton 230 and Thursday, October 1, 2009 from 12:30pm to 2:00pm in Bolton 230.
- Met with individuals in the College of Nursing to review how to set up permissions in PantherFile and to discuss upcoming communications to all College of Nursing faculty and staff.
- Created public PantherFile directory structure and description document for all College of Nursing faculty and staff.
- Met with individuals regarding samba service and personal file storage on the Alphas.
- Reviewed personal file storage service removal plan with identified individuals.
- Sent personal file storage project and communication plans to identified individuals for review and approval.
- Received disk usage report of users who have Personal File Storage on the Alphas.
- Sent out communication to all personal web page owners regarding the migration of their web page.

- Put together a "How To" document for the PantherFile Personal Web Space identifying some of the major changes that will occur once personal web pages have been moved to PantherFile.
