Mobile services that are part of the pilot include UWM news/events, course schedules, bus schedules and washer/dryer availability. UWM Cattrack Complete 08/31/2011 Ongoing support and enhancements to UWM's online system for managing and tracking tutoring, mentoring and advising services. Current significant enhancements include a new tutoring service availability reporting component for Panther Academic Support Services (PASS). UWM Technology Web Site Complete 08/31/2011 Improve web presence to communicate IT service and security related news, events and policies/procedures to UWM campus faculty, staff and students. UWM Web Presence Complete 01/17/2012 Refresh of the campus web presence with the goal of reinvigorating UWM's online brand by using a new tagline and color usage guidelines. UWM CMS Version 6 Upgrade Complete 02/02/2012 Upgrade CMS software to version 6.2. which includes significant authoring user interface enhancements/changes and architecture of the underlying cms page/element caching mechanism. The upgrade is also required for future web environment upgrades including ColdFusion 9 and Oracle 11g. UWM Epayment Support/Enhancements Complete 03/31/2012 Development of new epayment setup process, in collaboration with US Bank and BFS. The new process will ensure PCI compliance and adherence to US Bank regulations, and will offer campus units significant reduced pricing on new US Bank epayment account deployments. This phase will address the majority of the accounts to be migrated or removed. LAMP Web Environment Service Design Complete 04/27/2012 Identify and document the service solutions, technologies, processes, information, measurements and policies/guidelines that will meet the LAMP web environment requirements, provide a blueprint for implementing a LAMP web environment at UWM, and provide guidance for transitioning it into a pilot phase. ColdFusion 9.0 Upgrade Complete 05/28/2012 Upgrade the UWM web environment from the current ColdFusion 8 to ColdFusion 9.

Kiosk Retirement and Replacement Complete 08/31/2012 The Sunray kiosk replacement project will work to replace 85 of the current Sunray kiosks that are in operation on campus with new iMac kiosks and retire the remaining Sunray kiosks.

Identity Finder Pilot - Letters and Science Complete 11/01/2011 Determine if Identity Finder is a viable campus solution for identifying documents that contain confidential information. InCommon Certificate Service for Campus Complete 02/28/2012 Deploy the InCommon Certificate Service for SSL certificates for general campus use. Blocking Off-Campus LDAP access Complete 10/16/2012 Blocking Off-Campus LDAP access to more accurately reflect objective which was also updated to The purpose of this project is to disable anonymous binds to the UITS LDAP Service from outside of the UWM network (129.89.xx.xx). Upon completion, access to the LDAP directory will be limited to on campus services.
