Stephanie Voegele is currently a Lecturer in Jewelry & Metalsmithing and the First year Program at the University of Milwaukee – Wisconsin. She completed her B.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2006 and received her M.F.A. from the University of Georgia in 2010. Prior to her position at UWM, she taught in the Jewelry and Small Metals Department at Humboldt State University, the University of Georgia, and most recently received the Fountainhead Fellowship 2011-2012 instructing in the metals area in the Craft/Material Studies Department at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. Most recently her work was exhibited in Body Embellishment at the Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC and participated for a second year in the SIERAAD International Jewellery Art Fair in Amsterdam.
