Andy Lardner

Andrew Lardner is currently a faculty member in the guitar program at the University of Wisconsin-‐Milwaukee. His primary focus is on the research, transcription, typesetting, and teaching of exciting new repertoire for finger-‐style guitar. Andrew has experience as both a performer and teacher. He has immersed himself in the music of the genre’s leading virtuoso composers: Leo Kottke, John Fahey, Michael Hedges, Guy Van Duser, Pino Forastiere, Alex de Grassi, and others. Andrew has obtained B.F.A. in Music Performance and M.M. in Music Performance degrees at the University of Wisconsin-‐Milwaukee.
