Double Reed Day
October 24, 2009 The ninth annual Double Reed Day is open to double reed players of all ages and levels. Join the UWM Music Department's double reed faculty and your fellow players for a day of master classes, workshops and faculty and ensemble performances. The day begins with an ensemble rehersal for all participants, followed by several master classes and rehearsals. Browse the double reed vendors in the afternoon, and end the day with a recital featuring UWM faculty and the Double Reed Day Ensemble. Register early to receive your ensemble music! An accompanist will be provided but you will need to supply the piano part. Registration & Fee New lower fee! $29 Register online now.
