Leah Schreiber


Leah Schreiber is a visual artist currently pursuing her MFA with a focus in painting. Her work explores the ways culture influences the relationship between the mind and body—the personal connection of body to self. She has an active exhibition record that includes shows in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Alaska. Schreiber has received a Marshall Frankel Foundation Fellowship (2002) and was a resident at The Contemporary Artist Center in North Adams, Massachusetts (2006). She was also the Artist-In-Residence at the American Geographical Society Library (September 2008-January 2009).
