Mary Ann Wall

Mary Ann Wall is an adjunct faculty member and production coordinator for the Long Island University-Brooklyn Campus Dance Department where she teaches ballet, freshman and senior seminar, organizes main stage performances, and sets her choreography on the undergraduate student body. Ms. Wall has performed with Monica Bill Barnes, Cid Pearlman, Cynthia Anne Stanley/Bardos Ballet, and as a redhead with Johannes Wieland. She attended Southern Methodist University and earned a BFA in Dance and a BBA in Finance. In August 2002, she found RedWall Dance Theatre, which has shown work at various venues in New York, New Jersey, California, and Massachusetts including PS 122, DanceNow at Joe's Pub & Joyce SoHo, Dance New Amsterdam (DNA), Dixon Place, Highways (CA), and Mount Holyoke. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters degree in Media Arts at LIU and will begin her MFA in Dance at University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee beginning in the summer of 2011. Although originally from Florida, for the last ten years she has loved living in Brooklyn, NY.
