Bill Watson is a professional actor and director and has taught movement, acting and directing on the faculties of the Universities of Texas, Idaho and Montana before coming to UWM to head up the BFA acting program. Professional credits include: Seattle Repertory Theatre, Intiman Theatre, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, The Empty Space, The State Theatre of Austin, The Montana Repertory Theatre, Montana Shakespeare In The Parks, A Contemporary Theatre.
Watson teaches Acting, Directing, Alexander Technique, Mask Performance and Clowning. He has collaborated and studied with such international physical performers as Bob Berky and Avner Eisenberg. Acting and directing credits include Sweeney Todd, A Comedy of Errors, Twelfth Night, Romeo & Juliet, Our Town, Broadway, The Seagull, You Can't Take It With You, Christmas Carol, The Miracle Worker.
