Stephen R. White is the production manager for the Professional Theatre Training Program and teaches courses in the production areas for the Department of Theatre at UWM. As a lighting and scenic designer he has worked professionally in both Wisconsin and Illinois at a variety of theatres including Northlight Theatre, The Organic Theatre, Victory Gardens, Marriot Lincolnshire Theatre, Drury Lane and The Theatre Building. White has also designed lighting for three seasons at the Peninsula Players in Door County and is currently serving as theatre consultant for the new program center at Ten Chimneys in Genesee Depot, WI.
