Planning is currently underway at UWM to build a broad and diverse academic program offering in the School of Public Health. There will be doctoral degrees available focused on the defined public health disciplines which will train the next generation of faculty and researchers.
- PhD in Environmental Health
- PhD in Social and Behavioral Sciences
- PhD in Health Administration and Policy
- PhD in Epidemiology
There will also be a Masters in Public Health (MPH) with 5 tracks that will train new public health professionals:
- Social and Behavioral Sciences
- Environmental Health
- Health Administration and Policy
- Epidemiology
- Biostatistics
In addition, the school will offer various certificate programs, both broad in scope and focused, that will give necessary additional public health expertise to professionals already in the workforce. Many courses will be available online, extending flexible learning opportunities to students, at their convenience, from any place they can access the Internet.
