MPH - Environmental and Occupational Health

My name is Drew Kartos and I graduated in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with my Bachelor's in Healthcare Biology. I came to Milwaukee pursuing other routes when I finally made the decision to enroll in graduate school. Now I am currently pursuing my Master's in Public Health via the Environmental Health route, with hopes to collaborate on major global issues with the WHO, CDC, or EPA. With an increasing global population and seemingly a stalemate between big business and health, there needs to be people who are willing to stand up and fight for our individual rights to good health. Outside of my academic life, I have recently gotten married to a beautiful girl, I enjoy long distance running with hopes of qualifying for the Boston Marathon, and I also produce electronic music on a regular basis. Being able to pursue my MPH is such a great opportunity in my life and I'm excited to see where it takes me in the future.
