MPH - Community and Behavioral Health Promotion

My name is Lilliann Paine. I am an MPH student with a concentration in the Community and Behavioral Health Promotion. As someone who was born and raised in Milwaukee, I strongly believe that it is important to take into consideration the historical context of any health problem. By doing so, we can explore the fundamental causes of health inequities. My experience in this program has taught me that positive health outcomes can be achieved when modern public health conditions are seen through an ecological lens. As one of the pioneering students, it has been a thrilling experience to partake in laying the foundation for future generations of public health leaders.
