Group Cycle is an indoor cycling cardio class. It is a non-competitive, individually paced ride that will incorporate cardio challenges, hill climbs, and varying speed and resistance levels to challenge all participant levels.
Our bikes are equipped with cages and SPD pedals for those who choose to wear cycling shoes.
It is important to bring water and ride at your own pace.
Starter Cycle is recommended for all those new to Group Cycle.
All group cycle classes are held in RM 111.
