We take the approach of combining a variety of Martial Art forms. The focus of our curriculum is to incorporate progressive training methods while providing a challenging, safe, and healthy environment for all participants. Our success as martial arts educators is demonstrated by our diverse student population, where regardless of age, gender, or natural physical ability, all participants find our programming personally rewarding and beneficial.
This success is achieved through our traditional life skills-based approach to martial arts education. Traditionally, this life-based approach teaches participants to take the self defense principals of maintaining mental focus, possessing a clear outcome based plan and the perseverance to accomplish their goal's and apply these to their life's journey. Additionally, this approach recognizes and challenges each student as an individual and develops a personal program insuring personal success.
