
Personal training is one-on-one or small group fitness instruction. Our certified personal fitness trainers will help individuals develop physical activity programs to achieve their personal fitness goals. Whether you are new to exercise, striving to reach a specific goal, or trying to improve athletic performance, our trainers are ready to assist!

For fee services, pick up a Personal Training Request Packet from the Fitness Center to complete the registration process. After registration is received, you will be contacted by one of the Personal Fitness Trainers who will develop a personalized program for you, based on your assessments, goals, and interests.
RSF offers trainers with a veriety of skills and ideas to make your program unique. All our trainers have: CPR, First AID, AED, and National Personal Training Certifications; backgrounds in physical fitness; and experience developing fitness programs.
Need assistance using our equipment? Let our Fitness Specialists teach you the best way to use our weight machines and cardiovascular machines. Go on a personalized tour, or sign up with friends (limit 4). If you don't want a complete orientation, just stop in and ask one of the Fitness Specialists for help. Body Composition refers to the relative percentages of fat and nonfat tissues in the body. A Fitness specialist can assess your body fat percentage and tell you what it means for your health. For best results, do not workout for 24 hours before your assessment. Stop in during any of the scheduled Free Body Compositions posted throughout the year, or schedule a FREE appointment by calling 414-229-0533.
iMETT is a sub VO2 max test consisting of 8-12 minutes of walking/running on a treadmill. This test will determine your age-predicted heart rate, ventilatory threshold and estimated fitness level. Based on this information, you will receive various cardiovascular workout programs to help you work out more efficiently. Work out smarter, not harder!
Want to get in shape, but not sure where to start? Sign up for a Personal Fitness Profile/PFP. A Fitness Specialist will assess your fitness level and help you to determine your health and fitness goals. The PFP is a comprehensive fitness asessment including: REsting Heart Rate, Blood PRessure, body Composition, Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility. to register, fill out a Personal Fitness Training Request from the Fitness Center.
A Personal Fitness Trainer will provide you with instruction, proper technique, motivation, and fitness education during each session. Through support, expertise, and program reviews your trainer will keep you moving towards your success. Each session is 60 minutes in length. A Personal Fitness Profile is required prior to any Personal Fitness Training sessions. To register, fill out a Personal Fitness Training Request from the Fitness Center.
An alternative to the traditional one-on-one training, Partner training allows you and a friend to get fit together with the help of a certified personal trainer. Recommended for partners with similar fitness goals and interests.
