Group Cycle

Group Cycle is an indoor cycling cardio class.  It is a non-competitive, individually paced ride that will incorporate cardio challenges, hill climbs, and varying speed and resistance levels to challenge all participant levels.

Starter Cycle

Starter Cycle is a shortened class designed to teach participants all the basics of group cycle and ease them into the progrAM. All those new to group cycle should attend at least once before attending any other group cycle class.

Cycle & Core

Put a new spin on your core workout with this heart-pounding, endurance-building class that fuses the best of indoor cycling with core moves. Push through the resistance as you conquer hills, jumps and sprints throughout this sweaty, calorie-burning journey. After the ride, keep the momentum going as you hit the mat for a core strengthening cool down. See you at the finish line.

Cycle Express
Just a 30 minute version of Group cycle. If you like the Cycle & Core classes, Core Crunch is offered at 12:00pm on Fridays right after the Cycle Express, so feel free to try both!

  • Our bikes are equipped with cages and SPD pedals for those who choose to wear cycling shoes.
  • All group cycle classes are held in RM 111.
