Group Cycle is an indoor cycling cardio class. It is a non-competitive, individually paced ride that will incorporate cardio challenges, hill climbs, and varying speed and resistance levels to challenge all participant levels.
Starter Cycle is a shortened class designed to teach participants all the basics of group cycle and ease them into the progrAM. All those new to group cycle should attend at least once before attending any other group cycle class.
Cycling relies on core strength, but riders don't always have a chance to build that strength on the bike. Cycle core fusion is a group cycle class that incorporates moves on and off the bike to train and strengthen the core. Our goal is to improve stability and balance, leading to a stronger back, better posture, more efficient pedal stroke, less fatigue and stress on the knees, and heightened bodily awareness. Bring traditional athletic shoes along with your cycling shoes (if you own them).
