Students
- Students attending on campus classes: Currently enrolled students attending on campus classes and paying segregated fees have a membership to the Klotsche Center and Pavilion using their Panthercard ID and PAWS.
- Students enrolled in off campus or online classes: Currently enrolled students attending off campus or taking online classes, that are not paying segregated fees, must pay the full segregated fee to gain access to the Klotsche Center and Pavillion.
- Please contact the bursars office to pay segregated fees (414-229-4914).
Faculty/Staff
- Current UWM faculty/staff members may purchase memberships to the facility.
- Staff members from other UW-System schools (UW-Whitewater, UW-madison, etc)
- Retired/emeritus UWM staff member (must show proof)
- Visiting professor at UWM (must show proof)
- Spouse/Dependent/Domestic Partner; each additional membership will be discounted a percentage off the primary membership price. (Children must be 18-23 years old to qualify. Additional documentation required).
Sustaining Alumni
- Current sustaining contributor level members of the UWM Alumni Association may purchase memberships at a discounted rate. (Must show current alumni card).
- Spouse/Dependent/Domestic Partner; each additional membership will be discounted a percentage off of the primary membership price (Children must be 18-23 years old to qualify. Additional documentation required).

Semester and Summer Memberships
- This membership option has replaced the temporary membership option. These memberships are available for faculty/staff and sustaining alumni.
- Spouse/Dependent/Domestic Partner; each additional membership will be discounted a percentage off of the primary membership price (Children must be 18-23 years old to qualify. Additional documentation required).
Student & Employee Spouse/Dependent/Domestic Partner Memberships
- Spouse are defined as two married individuals.
- Please provide the following forms of proof:
Same last name; one of the following listed in the bullet:
- Evidence of joint use of last name:
- State issued pictured Drivers License with same address or,
- Joint utility bill with same address and picture ID or,
- Joint savings or checking account with address and with picture ID or Joint ownership of an automobile with address and with picture ID or, (Title or Registration)
- Joint use of and liability for credit cards with picture ID or,
Different last names; both required: State Issued pictured Drivers License with
- Dependents are the student's biological or legally adopted children (not parents, siblings, and roommates).
- Students and employees who wish to document a domestic partnership should complete the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee Affidavit of Domestic Partnership form.
- Students – Paperwork to be completed at the Dean of Students Office.
- Faculty/Staff – Paperwork to be completed at Human Resources.
- Sustaining Alumni – Paperwork to be completed with Associate Director.

*Guest Passes
- Students and RSF members may sponsor 2 guests per day.
- All guests must be 18 years of age or older.
- Guests must present a valid, current government issued photo ID card, have an account with photo created, and sign a waiver of liability before purchase of a guest pass.
- The guest pass allows access during normal operating hours, on the day of purchase, and use of a day lock and towel. Members must check out equipment for their guests. This includes the day lock and towel. To re-enter the facility, guests, accompanied by their sponsor, must present their receipt and photo ID.
- Sustaining Contributor Members of the UWM Alumni Association, and Faculty and Staff non-members may purchase a guest pass, for him or herself, without a sponsor. A Sustaining Contributor Member of the UWM Alumni Association card or Faculty/Staff PantherCard must also be presented.
