We have a Registered Dietitian available to provide nutrition counseling. Everthing from soup to nuts. Find out how many calories you should take in and what kind of diet will help meet those requirements in a healthy way. Also, learn how to tailor your protein and fluid intake, or find out what supplements are safe and do you actually need them. Whatever your nutrition questions, our dietitian is available to give you some advice.

Fuel for Fitness
University Recreation is partnering with the College of Health Sciences - Nutritional Sciences Program to provide current and relevant information on healthful eating and exercise to UWM students in a convenient, easy to access manner, including:
· Fuel for Fitness bulletin board with handouts on current topics in nutrition and fitness
· Informational Booths & Food Demos providing tips on optimal foods and fluids to boost your workouts.
