Name: Cheryl

Trainer Name: Mollie Martin

What were your initial goals when you signed up for personal training?
I had none. It was the first year of my retirement and needed a purpose, something to fill my day. My first goal was just to walk a mile on the track. I just wanted (needed) to get up and moving.

Did you meet your goals? How?
Thanks to my kind, patient, and creative trainers I surpassed every goal I could have imagined, I can keep up in my Group-X classes as well as feel my arm and leg muscles. Plus…now I can wear a sleeveless shirt. (never did before)

What is your favorite part of personal training?
Mollie makes my session go so fast while making me feel proud of what I did. I love the fact that we’re always changing up and using different exercises. It’s been fun getting to know her.

With the benefits of your personal training, are you considering any new fitness goals?
My new fitness goals are up to the whims of my trainer. I trust her with my life (at least my body.)

Other Comments:
It’s been a joy using the Klotsche Center. My trainer and Group exercise gave me hope and inspiration that hopefully can carry me into a healthy future.
