Advisement for Advisors/Staff
Academic Advisement in PAWS serves two main purposes for academic advisors, faculty advisors, and staff on campus:
  1. Advising students toward the completion of their degree.
  2. Verifying students have completed the requirements for their degree.
All academic advisors and other staff who have requested PAWS access to Academic Advisement have access to the Academic Advisement Report (AAR) and the Degree Progress Report (DPR) on the administrative pages in PAWS. Requests for access can be made via forms on the PAWS authorization website.

All faculty advisors have access to the Academic Advisement Report (AAR) on the Advisor Center page in PAWS. Faculty advisors do not have access to the Degree Progress Report (DPR).

For more information on Academic Advisement for advisors and staff, visit the FAQ on Benefits, Uses, and Reliability of Academic Advisement.
