Student Data Warehouse Access Groups


The following groups are available in the Auth App System:  Data Warehouse - PAWS Student Admin System

  • Admissions, Campus Community, Records

    This group has access to a broad amount of data in the Student Administration Data Warehouse. Access includes Admissions, Campus Community and Records data.

  • Campus Community Secure

    This group has access to a broad amount of data in the Student Administration Data Warehouse. Access includes Admissions, Campus Community and Records data; in addition the secure data (such as SSN and birthdate) is also available.

  • Financial Aid

    This group has access to Student Financial Aid data in the Data Warehouse.

  • Financial Aid Scholarships

    This group has access to Student Scholarship data in the Data Warehouse.

  • People Registry

    This group has access to People Registry data in the Student Admin Data Warehouse. This is not the authoritative source for HR data.

  • Student Financials

    This group has access to Student Financial Information in the Student Admin Data Warehouse.
