Latino Student Fund The Roberto Hernández Center is committed to supporting Latino student success at UWM. Our experience in serving Latino students has proven that more often than not, Latino students are also full-time workers, heads of households and parents. In response to the unique needs of our students, the RHC has established the Latino Student Fund, a unique source of emergency funding for currently enrolled Latino students facing unexpected expenses that affect their continued pursuit of an undergraduate degree. The overall goal of the Latino Student Fund is to increase the number of Latinos successfully graduating from the university.
