Construction on Campus That Affects Access

 

Please see the message, below, and the PDF at the link below regarding accessibility issues at the north entrances of AUP and Engelmann.  We'll be posting similar signage, cones and barricades at the appropriate buildings entrances and construction zones. 

• At Engelmann Hall, persons can use the  Engelmann south-side accessibility entrance ramp. 
  
• At AUP, persons may choose to avoid the north (Hartford Ave.) entrance.
• Also, there could be some sidewalk impediments near the intersection of  Hartford & Maryland directly west of AUP, and  in front of the Engelmann Hall northeast entrance.  Please use the alternate sidewalk if necessary. 

Please use caution and remain observant near the excavation site.  Thank you for your cooperation.

There seems to always be construction somewhere on campus, and often it affects accessibility for students and staff with mobility challenges. If we are notified of construction ahead of time, we will post the details here. If you encounter an access problem due to construction and don't see anything about it here, please notify our Webmaster, call us at 229-6287 or stop by the SAC office.
