For this report, a "hate crime" is any criminal homicide, negligent manslaughter, non-forcible or forcible sex offense, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, motor vehicle theft, arson, OR any other crime involving bodily injury, that is reported to local police agencies or a campus security authority, where there is manifest evidence that the victim was intentionally selected because of the victim’s actual or perceived race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or disability.
