SAC grants issued for the Fall 2012 semester can be used from July 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012. The deadline to use Fall 2012 SAC grants is quickly approaching. Completed forms must be turned into the CSI Business office by 5pm on Friday, December 21, 2012 for you to use your grant funds. Any requests submitted after that date will not be processed.
**Unused grant funds will be returned to SAC for reallocation on January 1, 2013 and will no longer be available for use even if you still have outstanding invoices.

Dear Student Organizations,
The marketing office would like to provide you with the opportunity to hang one season’s greetings, well wishes etc; gold frame from your student organization over winter break from Dec. 20th - Jan 21st. Messages on the gold frame cannot be advertisement. The marketing department will cover the cost of printing and production as a thank you for your support over the semester. Please note that standard design charges will apply if design is needed. Please feel free to contact Sam Merkel or Soua Lor for more information. You can also come down to the Marketing Office room WG50 to place an order.
*Deadline to place an order for a winter message gold frame is December 15th.

It’s that time of year again to nominate yourself, your organization, your faculty/staff adviser or an organizational member for one of the Student Achievement Awards. The deadline to turn in nominations is Friday, March 9, 2013 by 2:30 p.m. in the Center for Student Involvement Office, Union 363. Each year student organizations at UWM rise above expectations and prove to be exemplary. Through volunteering, governance, and service; students and student organizations have worked hard to develop, grow and obtain their goals. The Center for Student Involvement would like to recognize you, and/or your organizations for the commitment to excellence.
The Award categories are:
- Adviser of the Year
- Outstanding Leadership Award
- Outstanding Student Organization Award
- Outstanding Program Award
- Student Organization Service Award
- Outstanding Volunteer Award
Nomination criteria and specific details can be found in PantherSync through your organizations portal, click on files in left margin, click 11th Annual Student Achievement Awards, select award, complete information and print a copy for each category. Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony onApril 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Student Union Art Gallery. Awards will be presented by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs with pictures to follow.

Free Hosting: Every organization receives a free public website from PantherSync that includes unlimited bandwidth, hosting, and storage. Upload as many images and files to customize the look and feel of your website.

In the event we are unavailable, please leave a message with the following:
- Your name and student organization
- ePanther ID
- A way to reach you and the times you are personally available
- A description of the issue
- Any steps tried to resolve the issue
Verbally communicating issues to the CSI IT Service Desk staff is not recommended; there is the possibility that any issues reported in this manner may be forgotten, especially if we are working on another issue at the time. We will remind stakeholders to email firstname.lastname@example.org when this happens. This is not done to be impersonal; it is done to aid us in keeping track of all of the issues and requests that need action.
How we resolve issues:
Our preferred method of problem solving will be to employ the use of remote support tools. Because of the stakeholders that we support and the various locations of our stakeholders on campus, it is not guaranteed that we will be physically available at all times. We are usually anywhere on campus at any given time. Because of this, we may not be immediately available to physically go to the site of an issue. If this is the case, please make time available to work with us to remotely resolve the issue, especially if the issue being reported is an urgent one.
Hello from Milwaukee Sportservice, the exclusive Concessionaire for the Milwaukee Brewers. For over 20 years we have invited Non-Profit Volunteer Groups to fundraise by selling concessions during Brewer games.
You have no upfront cost, you can earn 8-15% each game, and we guarantee minimum earnings. Our groups in 2012, earned between $400 and $1000 per event, and close to 1 million dollars was donated to Milwaukee area fundraising groups, just like yours, for working those games.
