The agenda for the Fall Semester Grant meeting to be held on Sunday, April 10, 2005 is below. The meeting will start at 11 am and will be held in room Union 345 b & c. (across from room 344)

If your group is not on the list, then a budget form was received from your group or it was received after the Noon deadline on March 25th. Any budget received after the deadline was held over for the SAC emergency meeting for April 25, 2005 and will be subject to the $700 maximum funding rule set by the SAC bylaws.

If your group is on the list and a member of your organization does not show up, SAC will table your request. If someone from your group does not show up by the end of the meeting on Sunday, then the request will be tabled indefinitely and you will have to file a new request at an emergency grant meeting and it will be subject to the $700 maximum funding rule set by the SAC bylaws.

I was not given exact times for groups to arrive. Typically it takes SAC 5-10 minutes per group to reach a decision, however I have seen some groups take 20 minutes if they have multiple or complex requests.
