The Union Policy Board has asked that this message be sent out to all student groups.

Starting February 6, 2007 forms will be available for those organizations that wish to have office space for the lease period of June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008, including those organizations that currently lease space in the UWM Student Union. Groups currently with offices are required to apply every year.

All request forms are due on February 23, 2007 at 12:00 pm. Return completed forms to the Locked Box Located Outside Student Union 335. Any forms turned in after this time will not be considered during the initial office allocation and those organizations will have to file an appeal, along with their request, before the first appeal hearing.

The Center for Student Involvement is not involved in the allocation process, other than distributing the forms for the Union Policy Board. Individuals with questions should contact the Union Policy Board directly. You can contact the Union Policy Board through the Student Association Office at 229-4366.
