In order to apply for these positions please submit a letter of intent to me via email ( outlining your qualifications and reasons to be considered for the three available spots. The letter doesn't need to be more then a page, and no less then a paragraph. The final deadline for the letters to be submitted is this Friday July 3rd, 2009. Feel free to forward any questions to me at anytime necessary, and I would answer then to the best of my abilities. Thanks much and take care.

The Student Activities staff members are currently working to close out the 2009 fiscal accounts for student organizations and setting up Fiscal Year 2010 (FY10) accounts. Check-off and SAC funding has been posted to FY10 budgets. Officers of student organizations should have received check-off and SAC funding confirmation letters. In addition officers will be getting a electronic printout of their budget for this year emailed to them during the next few weeks.

Renewal forms will be sent out the first week of August via campus mail this year. All student organizations must fill out, sign, and return their form prior to September 25th to remain active on campus. Groups failing to turn in their renewal forms will become inactive and lose all university privileges, such as: segregated fee funding, room reservations, office space, etc. The form is required, even if you turned in a change of officer form in the summer. We encourage people to get them in sooner, so that new students can be given more accurate information about clubs and groups on campus. Please check with all your officers to make sure someone turns in this form by the posted deadline.
