The Council of Student Organizations (COSO) is comprised of student representative(s) from each active registered student organization on UWM’s campus.

Historically, The Council of Student Organizations has served as:

The members of the Council will determine how the Council will develop and grow. This Council is for its members! So…you tell us what you want COSO to be!

Membership:

The Council will be comprised of student representative(s) from each active registered student organization on UWM’s campus. This representative should be appointed/selected by each organization to attend meetings and inform both their organization and the Council of the other’s activities and share information. It is strongly recommended that the member organizations send a consistent representative to these meetings to insure continuity of information being shared and discussed.

Student Organization members and officers are strongly encouraged to attend the COSO meetings. For more information on COSO, please email or call Tom Dake, Student Activities Advisor at 229-1752 or dake@uwm.edu
