Community Design Solutions (CDS) Receives NCARB Designation

Community Design Solutions (CDS) received designation in July 2013 from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) as a Community Design Center/Collaborative. SARUP continues its national reputation in professional mentoring through leadership in the Intern Development Program (IDP) as the only NCARB-approved Community Design Center in Wisconsin. CDS Director Carolyn Esswein, AICP, CNU-A, appointed Associate Professor Gil Snyder, AIA, as the Designated NCARB IDP Supervisor to guide the CDS Quick Response Team student members towards an enhanced understanding of professionalism in their field.
