Rayna Andrews honored for philanthropic work

Urban planning student Rayna Andrews been selected as a 2012/2013 United Way Greater Milwaukee Philanthropic 5 recipient for her philanthropic work in Milwaukee. This award is given to five local leaders in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s that have made significant contributions to their community.
This year, Rayna also received the National Urban League Young Professionals + Marriott Service Award for her community work, and most recently, was invited to be a part of a delegation to China by the American Association of University Women, which will focus on gender matters in China. She has been asked to serve on the planning committee for another delegation to China in the spring for the National Urban League of Young Professionals.
