Larry A. Kilmer II, Adjunct Professor

Larry Kilmer is an Adjunct Professor of Urban Planning. His current focus is on the redevelopment and rehabilitation of housing concentrated in Milwaukee’s central city neighborhoods with a goal of homeownership and high-quality affordable rental units. Larry’s professional experience includes working for a local architecture firm, working for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and managing the Housing Rehabilitation Division for the non-profit ACTS Community Development Corporation. Larry is currently the Housing Rehabilitation Manager for the City of Milwaukee’s Department of City Development, and continues to be active with multiple neighborhood and business corridor associations in Milwaukee.
