Bio
Larry Kilmer is an Adjunct Professor of Urban Planning. He is the Housing Rehab Manager for ACTS Community Development Corporation, a non-profit housing organization focusing on owner-occupancy and housing rehab efforts in Milwaukee’s central city neighborhoods. Also, Larry is active with multiple neighborhood and business associations in Milwaukee.
