About the Architectural Studies Minor Program

Distance Education Comes to Online Classes for Architectural Studies Minor.

Program Information:
The School of Architecture & Urban Planning is reaching out to:University Wisconsin System Students with a major in another field Professionals with a need to understand the fundamentals of architecture Life-long Learners with a passion to understand the built environment Students will be involved in a rigorous academic program of discussions, readings and activities with the same standards for participation and learning as face to face courses. Assignments, like analysis papers, case studies, self-assessments, and design projects are submitted online. A "Course Lounge" discussion board allows students to communicate with each other any time, day or night. Material can be revisited, unlike face to face lectures.

We welcome students throughout Wisconsin as well as national and international students. Plans are in place to expand the array of online courses offered at The School of Architecture & Urban Planning .
