As one of 14 schools and colleges that comprise UW-Milwaukee, SCE is the largest provider of noncredit continuing education in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our year-round operations are the gateway to lifelong learning for those ages 4-94, and we are proud of the programs and services that reach out to the state of Wisconsin and beyond. In fact, we now deliver International programs in Egypt, Italy and Korea.

Today's technology means SCE delivers professional development and personal enrichment programs through varied venues - onsite at business locations, local libraries, hybrid approaches, online and in our state-of-the-art classrooms in downtown Milwaukee.

Annually, SCE engages more than 19,000 participants coming from different backgrounds, but who all want to enhance their skills and develop new knowledge. Our 1,200 programs cover diverse topics like Water Education, and are led by more than 600 instructors who are experienced, real-world practitioners.

SCE is committed to 'Leading Change' through competency-based programming as well as local and global collaborations in the areas of Public Administration, Business & Management, Engineering, Culture & Language and many more disciplinary areas. Each term, we introduce new, innovative programming to remain current with customer needs and changes in the work world.
