Office Lean is a proven improvement methodology that enables fast and sustainable business results, yielding significant ROI. It is quickly becoming a weapon-of-choice in both product and service industries. Utilizing a cross-functional team approach of people who "do the work," Office Lean enables process simplification by reducing waste in critical business areas and by addressing the voice of the customer.
The course instructors have created a unique program translating traditional manufacturing Lean to other areas of a business where strategic and tactical results are needed.
