	Certificate in Labor Relations Management
	The certificate in Labor Relations is for new and experienced Labor Relations managers. The programs will help you gain necessary insight and skills for effectively managing in a union environment. Participants will learn labor laws every manager needs to know and also participate in a mock negotiation. Earn the certificate by completing ten days of Labor classes within three years.

Labor relations is different not only from other human resources functions, but from other operating functions as well. 	Requirements Attendance at 10 days of training. Seminars must be taken within three years after completing the first program. The 10 days are comprised of separate seminars -- a repeated seminar does not receive credit. The seminars must be exclusively labor relations management topics offered through the Department of Business and Management, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
