  Certificate in Labor Relations Management  
For the human resources professional, labor relations represents the hardware of the profession. Labor relations is different not only from other human resources functions, but from other operating functions as well. The seminars provide you with the personal skills and insights needed to effectively manage in a union environment.
Requirements
Attendance at 10 days of training.

Seminars must be taken within three years after completing the first program.

The 10 days are comprised of separate seminars -- a repeated seminar does not receive credit.

The seminars must be exclusively labor relations management topics offered through the Department of Business and Management, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
