Certificate in Labor Relations Management

The certificate in Labor Relations is for new and experienced Labor Relations managers. The programs will help you gain necessary insight and skills for effectively managing in a union environment. Participants will learn labor laws every manager needs to know and also participate in a mock negotiation.

Earn the certificate by completing ten days of Labor classes within three years.

More

For the human resources professional, labor relations represents the hardware of the profession. Labor relations is different not only from other human resources functions, but from other operating functions as well. The seminars provide you with the personal skills and insights needed to effectively manage in a union environment.
