	Advanced Leadership Certificate
	This leadership certificate is designed to be the next step after completing the Emerging Leaders Certificate. The certificate candidate should have five plus years of management experience. Through these courses, participants learn how to be a better leader by critically evaluating information, making hard decisions, and generating new ideas for innovation. This certificate program will identify leadership strengths, develops new skills, and enhances the effectiveness of teams. In order to complete the certificate, candidates must complete five core programs and two electives within three years.
