Project Management Certificate - Advanced

 

Successful Project Managers expedite an organization’s business goals. Today's business environment demands that companies stay as lean as possible while maintaining quality product delivery in a timely manner. Project Managers need to continuously enhance knowledge and skills. They are expected to deliver maximum performance in an ever-changing environment spanning across geographically diverse locations.

These Advanced Project Management courses, presented in an applied learning environment, explore the realities of project, risk and business management. Participants engage in scenario based exercises that realistically reflect today's workplace. Earn PDUs, an Advanced Certificate in Project Management, or if you prefer, take any individual course or courses that meet your specific needs.

Certificate Prerequisite: Completion of the Project Management Certificate from UWM or PMP certified

Certificate Requirements: Complete eight additional days of advanced courses from the list below
