Six Sigma for Services and Transactions - Module II

 

Green Belt Track:
Required to attend both Module I and Module II in sequence and complete a capstone project in order to receive a Six Sigma Green Belt for Services and Transactions.

If you already have a Green Belt, you may attend only Module III and Module IV and complete a capstone project in order to receive the Black Belt.

Benefits and Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the DMAID(Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology
  • Learn how to correctly apply the right statistical tool at the right time
  • Through a capstone project, demonstrate your ability to successfully use these skills to improve a real business process.
