	Master Trainer Capstone

	This is the final course in the Master Trainer Certificate. During this course you will demonstrate your mastery of design, development, presentation and delivery of training programs to a panel of instructors. Then submit a project to the panel for review. Project criteria are available at sce-ttt.uwm.edu. Receive a written critique and a one-hour coaching session with the instructor of your choice. When all prerequisites for the capstone are completed, we will work with you to schedule your review. Master Trainer Capstone Project Guidelines

	This program can be applied toward the: Master Trainer Certificate
	Prerequisites Unit I and II plus four electives and completed Capstone Project
	Notes A one-hour consultation is arranged with instructor and participant.
