Exercising Your eLearning Options

Examine best practices in the purchase, design and implementation of eLearning solutions. Discover ways to offer engaging and cost effective electronic learning to your audience.

More

eLearning refers to learning where the instructor and student are separated by space or time, and where the gap between the two is bridged through the use of online technologies. It is becoming less of a trend and more of a standard option.

In 2013 the eLearning statistics were staggering – over 77% of American corporations were using eLearning; corporations save 50-70% when they replaced instructor-based training with eLearning; and eLearning has proven to increase knowledge retention by 25-60%. And those numbers continue to grow. From blogs to computer based training, from learning management systems to virtual classrooms, eLearning is not going away any time soon.
