Office Lean Module II

 

Continuation of the basic methodology and principles learned in Module I.   Students will advance their capstone projects, learn how to execute an implementation plan, recognize and use appropriate tools to identify and eliminate waste, sustain improvements through daily work, and learn the fundamentals of long term strategies for continuous improvement.
