Improve paratransit operation through efficient scheduling and dispatching methods. Calculate common performance measures and assess how attributes such as service area, policies and driver experience can affect performance. This 3 week "asynchronous" on-line class is ideal for paratransit employees including reservationists, schedulers, dispatchers and managers, requiring 3-4 hours of log-in time per week at the convenience of the participant.

- Basics of demand-responsive transit service and service design
- Policies and procedures associated with delivery of service
