Springboard to Better Problem-Solving and Decision-Making - NEW!
How much time does your team spend now on problem solving? How good are the results? For today's complex problems, "working harder" or "doing more of the same" is often not the optimal approach. Instead, learn to integrate techniques from problem-solving, creative and critical thinking, facilitation and consultative storytelling to help you reach quality solutions to unstructured problems in record time.

  You will learn to:
  • Probe to define the real problem rather than symptoms
  • Communicate in ways that open possibilities, foster dialogue and build buy-in
  • Structure and conduct the problem-solving effort to arrive at a quality solution efficiently
  • Use cycles of divergent and convergent thinking to define the problem, generate options and evaluate, select and refine the most promising ideas
  • Create a compelling story argument to persuade and drive action
  • Recognize and use your and others' individual style preferences around managing change, exchanging information and reaching decisions
  • Feel more confident about your ability to tackle and solve unstructured problems
