	Learn to create an organizational development plan. Review case studies for further understanding of vision, strategy and goals. Course includes a workplace-based practicum project, project presentations and reviews. You learn to: - Enhance change management: - Leadership vs. management - Systems impact on OD - Create buy-in - Build a learning environment - Perform an outcome assessment - Use a variety of communication models
	Requirements OD certificate participants must first complete the Foundations of Organizational Development
