Business Writing: Nuts and Bolts

 

Learn how to correct the most common grammatical mistakes in business letters, emails and other documents as well as develop an understanding of business protocol. Exercises and instruction include: using the active voice, correctly applying commas, semicolons and other punctuation, and remembering hard-to-spell words.
