Project Management and Knowledge Management - NEW!
Knowledge management, a collection of lessons learned and a knowledge repository, is a best practice for all project professionals. However, in the rush to complete projects on time, knowledge management is often an afterthought. Using the Project Management Office (PMO) as the catalyst, this seminar describes how to incorporate knowledge management into your daily routine. This course focuses on the importance of and methodologies for incorporating knowledge management(KM) into project management (PM). This course also covers communities of practice and maturity assessments, and presents guidelines you can use to enhance knowledge management as part of your overall project management practice.
