Listening Skills

 

Excellent speaking and writing skills are considered vital to communication, but all too often listening skills are overlooked as being critical to becoming a savvy communicator. Harness your listening ability and develop it as one of the fundamental building blocks for better rapport with your co-workers. This course is a necessity for those who find themselves multi-tasking and "zoning out" during conversation.
